Cropped straight leg with a pleat at each side of the waistband, which can be folded down to wear the pants lower. The chart writes its sizes out as Small through 3X-Large rather than using letters, and prints a flat 19 inch inseam on all six rows. Aside from the dye, Rust Red is the same garment as the other three. On this page the waist column runs 23 to 35 inches across six rows.

Sizes here are written out in words, Small through 3X-Large, where every other table of ours uses letters. The US column runs 4-6 up to 24-26. Our cheaper summer capri opens at US 2-4 for the same letter, so the two capris do not line up.
The hip column here is the garment, not you. On the first row it sits 18 inches above the waist figure, which no body does, so read it as the width the pants offer and check that it clears your own hip with room to spare.
