A split wide leg capri with a drawstring through the elastic waistband, sold at under ten dollars. Seven rows on the chart, S through 4XL, which is the longest table we print and reaches a 39 to 41.5 inch waist. It also starts smaller than the rest: the Small row is US 2 to 4 where most of our charts open at US 4 to 6. On this page the waist column runs 25 to 41.5 inches across seven rows.
The header on this table says USA rather than US Size, and the numbers in that column disagree with our own bullet points underneath. The chart puts 3XL at US 20 and 4XL at US 22; the bullets say 3XL is US 20 to 22 and 4XL is US 24. Read the inches and let the US letters alone.
The hip column here reads like a body measurement: on the first row it sits 12 inches above the waist figure, which is an ordinary human difference. Your own hip should land inside the printed band.
