Asked often enough
Mostly about ordering, sizing and what this site is for. If yours is not here, the address in the footer reaches a person.
Two things worth saying before the list. Nothing is bought on this site, so anything to do with an order, a parcel or a refund belongs to Amazon. And every chart here is the one printed on the listing, so a table is exactly as right as we made it.
No. This site has no cart. Every button hands you to the Amazon listing, and the order, the payment and the delivery all happen there under Amazon's terms.
Amazon's. Prices here were right when the pages were last built and Amazon changes them without notice. Coupons on individual listings move the total as well and never show up here.
Through Amazon, from your orders page, inside the return window shown on the listing. We have no visibility into orders from this side and cannot start, track or refund a return.
From the listing itself. The chart goes up as an image among the product photos; here it is typed out as text so it can be read on a phone and searched by the fit finder. Nothing is adjusted, rounded or standardised in between.
Because we never published one for that listing. We say so on the page rather than borrowing a table from a similar cut, which would be a guess dressed up as a fact.
On trousers with a drawstring or elastic waist, follow the hip, since the hip is the part that has to physically get past and the waist can be pulled in. On a fixed waistband with no tie, follow the waist. A mismatch of one size between the two numbers is common and is not a sign of a bad chart.
Usually not. Oversized describes the pattern, and the extra room is already in the measurements on the table. Order the size your waist and hip land on. The exception is if you are at the very top of a band on a piece with no drawstring.
Yes. It is ours, and it covers what we currently have listed. The shop itself is on Amazon, which is where every button here leads.
Amazon groups colour variants under one listing, which means the rating, the review count and the size chart are shared across all of them. We give each colour its own page here for browsing and note where the underlying numbers are shared.
No. They carry a tracking tag, so Amazon pays a commission through its Associates programme where a purchase follows a click. The price you pay is the same either way, and it is explained in full on the ordering page.
