The most useful message you can send is a specific one. A page address plus what looks wrong on it takes us straight to the problem; a note saying the sizes are wrong somewhere on the site does not.

Worth writing about

A size table here that does not match the image on the listing
A link that leads to a dead or completely different product
A piece of ours that is missing from these pages, ideally with the Amazon address
A price that has been wrong for a while rather than one that moved yesterday
Anything in the writing that reads as marketing rather than as a measurement

Reply times

This is a small operation, so a few days is normal and a week happens. Corrections go in the next build rather than immediately, since the pages are generated in a batch.

Where to write

One address, read by a person: [email protected]. A wrong price or a broken link is the most useful thing you can send us; tell us which page and we will go and look.

What we cannot help with from here: orders, delivery, returns and refunds. Every order is placed and fulfilled on Amazon, and this site has no window into any of it. Your orders page on Amazon is the only place that can move a parcel.
